Company Profile

In 1920, in katamoun, Palestine, Yacoub Siniora established a meat processing factory. The first factory with machines brought in from Argentina born the Siniora name. The occupation of Palestine lands in 1948 Jerusalem. Operations were to continue there for the next forty nine years until December 1997. Today, almost eight decades since the brand name was born, Siniora has become a household name for quality processed meat products. Indeed, in its home markets, the name has become generic, synonymous with Mortadella.

Today, Siniora Food Industries, operates in a newly operational factory, a 4800 sq.m. is on an 11,000 sq.m. site in Sahab, Jordan.

Siniora Food Industries, is among the world's most technological advanced food manufacturing plants.

All Siniora Food Industries' products are made from halal beef and poultry.
